L & E Management Consultants was established in 2016 by its founder and CEO, Lawrence Mphatso Ching'amba. Its major aim was to offer training and consultancy programs to Managers in organisations on how they can drive their organisations to strive and survive modern and contemporary business environment.
Lawrence Mphatso Ching’amba, founder and CEO of L & E Management Consultants is a graduate of Political Sciences from The Catholic University of Malawi and has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from University of Bolton. He is an enthusiastic and flexible individual in training and holding consultations with organizations and their managers on issues affecting the day to day management activities. Once a banker and a pioneer in personal development (Project Evolution National Bank of Malawi), Lawrence has built greater knowledge and experience in facing audience through training and coaching on steps they can take to adapt with complex organization behaviors in the 21st century. As a new institution, the management school seeks to engange a variety of inputs from different stakeholders to boost its existance and impact in malawi's business environment.
